- Velvetta Cheese
- American Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups milk
directions

1/4 lb. velvet cheese

3/4 lb American Cheese

1 lb Macaroni- Boil and Drain

1/2 lb butter melted in pot

2 heaping tbsp flour to butter

Stir in Slowly , smooth gradually

Add 2 cups milk

Get lumps out of flour

Add cheese until melted

Add macaroni

1/2 hour at 350 degrees Uncovered

Refrigerate cook 40 minutes to 1 hour
