Christmas Lime Pineapple Jello Salad AKA "Green Stuff"

Jello is a southern tradition. Even Cosmo says so in their December 1994 issue!
ingredients
- 1 large package of lime jello
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- Pecans
directions

In a large bowl, mix jellow with 2 cups of boiling water

Stir well

Do NOT add cold water
- 4
Add pineapple (do not drain)

Add cream cheese
- 6
Stir or whip until the lumps are gone

Add pecans

Pour into a pretty bowl
- 9
Refrigerate at least 4 hours
notes
tip - Buy softened cream cheese. This keeps well for several days.
