Heavenly Cream Cheese Scones

I got this recipe from my favorite tea house in Beaufort, A Lil Peace of Heaven. Yum!
ingredients
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c buttermilk

Ice with powdered sugar icing (powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk).
