Olive Garden Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip
When Heather brings this over for family gatherings, it goes real fast!! You don’t even need dinner, just eat this!!
ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 can (14 ounce) Progresso artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach, frozen and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese (you can use all Parmesan cheese).
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic power
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Cream together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano cheese, garlic, basil and garlic power. Mix well. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach, drain well. Bake 350° for 25 minutes or until the top is browned. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
