Peel sweet potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil in lightly salted water until done but not too mushy.
Place in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Top with large marshmallows.
Place in 350 degree oven until marshmallows are browned
