ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese -- room temperature
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese -- grated
  • 1/4 C sour cream
  • 1/4 C Mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp pineapple rum
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 C walnuts -- crushed

directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mixer, except walnuts. With greased hands, form into one large or two medium balls. Chill and then roll in crushed walnuts. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers and apples, pears and celery.
