Irish Soda Bread

ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1tbsp. baking powder
- 1tsp. soda
- 1tsp. salt
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk= 1 1/2 c. milk+ 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp. applesauce
directions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Add liquid to dry ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
