ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 10 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 8 pieces of toast (cubed)
  • bacon or ham (optional)

directions

Place 8 pieces of toast cubed in a greased 9x13 dish. Place 10oz. of shredded cheddar cheese on top of bread. Scramble first 6 ingredients together and pour on top of bread and cheese. If desired, put pieces of cooked bacon or ham on top of eggs. Refrigerate over night and then bake for 325* for 1 hour.
