Ingredients

  • 1 pkg A&B Famous Homestyle Gefilte Fish
  • 1/2 lb. Carrots, peeled, sliced
  • 2 Onions, peeled and quartered
  • 4 Celery ribs, coarsely chopped
  • 2 qts. Water
  • 1-2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 Tbs. Sugar

    Do not defrost.

    Prepare in 8 qt. pot. Add carrots, onions water salt pepper and sugar.

    Bring to a boil.

  • 4

    Add frozen fish loaf with inner wrapping left on and outer plastic wrapper removed. Return to a boil.

  • 5

    Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 90 minutes, covered.

  • 6

    Refrigerate. Remove paper, slice and serve with carrots slices.
