Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

These would work with any nut. Great to give as gifts and taste just like the nuts you can buy at fairs.
ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 t cold water
- 4 c whole almonds
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
