Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

These make me think of my mom. Sort of like a brownie in cookie form.
ingredients
- 1 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 c white sugar
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c confectioners sugar
