Peanut Blossoms

Heaven in cookie form. The key is you must use butter flavored shortening!
ingredients
- 1 c butter flavored shortening
- 1 c peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 c sugar for decoration
- 1 bag Hershey Kisses
