Cookie Dough- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups raisins
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon water
