Tomato Soup with Potatoes

Fabulous creamy, tomato soup
ingredients
- 1 onion (2 c sliced)
- 1/4 c butter
- 1-2 potatoes (2 c sliced)
- 3-4 tomatoes (5 c sliced)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 c cream

I went with Lynne Moseleywhen she had a biopsy in the late 90s, and then we went to lunch at a hotel restaurant in Waldorf that served a fabulous tomato soup. I found this recipe in The Joy of Cooking--a wonderful approximation.Can be frozen and reheated.
