Shrimp Salad
ingredients
- one pound of cooked shrimp, tails off
- 1/2 best foods mayo, or to taste
- 2-3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- dash of seasoning salt
- dash of garlic salt
- celery salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon, zest first and then add juice, about 1 tbs
directions

chop up the shrimp. use microplane to add about 1 tbs zest, then add tbs juice. add rest of ingredients. let chill for at least two hours. take out of fridge about half hour before serving.

Serve with crackers or on a sandwich, etc.
