Twice Baked Potatoes
ingredients
- 6 Yukon Gold potatoes (about 3 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives, plus additional snipped chives for garnish
- 1/2 cup finely grated Swiss cheese

directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cut 6 squares of foil large enough to wrap each potato. Pierce potatoes on all sides with a fork and place each. Follow directions in other twice baked recipe.
