Pork Rub
ingredients
- 1/2 C Paprika
- 1/4 C Kosher Salt Finely Ground
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 2 TBS Dry Mustard
- 1/4 C Chili Powder
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C Groung Cumin
- 2 TBS Ground Black Peper
- 1/4 C Granulated Garlic
- 2 TBS Cayenne

Mix and adjust Cayenne to taste.

This MUST be rubbed onto the pork not sprinkled on top. Let rubbed meat sit one hour before cooking.
