Tomato Tart
ingredients
- 9’ pie crust
- dijon mustard
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 5 or 6 thin sliced vine ripe tomato
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- fresh basil and parsley

Fold out pie crust into quiche pan

Place in freezer for 10 minutes

Take out and brush bottom of dough with mustard

Sprinkle cheese over mustard
- 5
Begin placing and overlapping tomatoes over cheese
- 6
Drizzle with olive oil
- 7
Top with 2 cloves fresh garlic, basil and parsley
