- Green tomatoes
- green peppers
- red peppers
- onions
- cabbage
- cauliflower
- salt
- Brine:
- 3 cups vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 4-5 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tbs mustard seed
- 1 tbs celery seed

Cut all vegetables into desired pieces and put into white enameled or stainless steel pot and salt. Let set 2-3 hours drain into colander, dont rinse.

Boil brine for 10 minutes then add vegetables. Just heat through, do no boil vegetables. Pack into hot clean jars and seal.
