Sauteed shrimp with lemon, butter, garlic, and spring onions

ingredients

  • 3 Tbl Unsalted Butter
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 lb of cleaned shrimp
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 (14.5oz) cannelini beans
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Couscous (prepare enough for 4 servings or 1 box of Middle East brand)

directions

Heat large skillet. Add 1 Tbl butter, garlic, and yellow onion. Sautee for 2-3 minutes, add raw shrimp and continue to cook until shrimp begins to turn pink. Add rest of butter, spring onions, parsley, beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp done.
