Breakfast Lasagna
ingredients
- 8 slices of bread-trimmed and cubed
- 1/2lb grated cheese
- 1lb sausage links browned and cut up/ can also use ham or bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1/2t dry mustard
- 1t salt
- 2 cups milk
directions

Preheat oven to 350
- 2
Mix together 4 eggs, all dry ingredients, milk. Add sausage, bread, and cheese.

Add to 1 1/2 qt greased casserole.

Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.

Baked uncovered at 350 for 30-40 minutes
