Scalloped Chicken
ingredients

- 1 large onion
- 1 c. celery
- 5 c. broth
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 quart bread (chopped)
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. fat
- 1 c. milk

Bake chicken.

For stuffing, combine onion, celery, 1 c. broth, butter, bread, 1 tsp salt, poultry seasoning. Put in buttered pan.

For sauce, combine flour, fat, 2 tsp salt, 4 c. broth, milk, and ground skin. Then add eggs (do not boil).

Pour 1/2 sauce over crumbs. Put sliced meat on top of stuffing and gravy. Cover meat with rest of sauce.

Top with 1 c. stuffing with 1/4 c. butter. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 min.
