Fresh Tuna Salad
This has to be one of my all time favorite recipes. Try to use the freshest tuna you can get.
ingredients
Tuna Marinade- 1c onion finely chopped
- 1/4c coriander finely chopped
- 1/4c extra virgin olive oil
- 3T lime or lemon juice
- 3T orange juice
- 7 garlic finely chopped
- 1t dry oregano
- 1t black pepper
- pinch of salt
- 1lb tuna
- 3/4c mayonaise
- 1/2c sour cream
- 1 tin of anchovies - drained, chopped
- 3T capers - drained, chopped
- 2-3T garlic finely chopped
- 1t tobasco sauce
- 1T lemon juice
- 4 green onion - finely chopped
- ’little gem’ romaine lettuce
- tomato
- red onion
- boiled new potatoes, diced
- green beans - blanched, sliced
- red and yellow paprika

Mix marinade ingredients, add tuna steaks, leave for 4 hours.

Mix dressing ingredients, let sit for at least 3 hours.

Chop all of the salad ingredients, put in seperate bowls.

Grill tuna to your liking.

Let guests build their own salads!
