Green Salad
Elizabeth’s favorite salad from when she was a little girl
ingredients
- Lettuce
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 avacado
- 3oz bleu cheese
- 6 slices bacon fried and crumbled
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pepper to taste
directions
- 1
Chop vegetables, add to lettuce
- 2
Mix dressing and add just before serving.

Best served chilled
