Oven Meatballs
ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 in. baking pan.

Brown in moderate oven (375’) 25 to 30 minutes.

Divide into 4 portions and freeze.
