24 Hour Cheese Salad
A fruity crunch cottage cheese salad.
ingredients
- 2 cans crushed pineapple, 20oz each
- 2 T sugar
- 3 6oz packages apricot jello
- 2lbs small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 large container cool whip
directions
Bring pineapple, sugar, and jello to a boil for about one minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Then add cottage cheese, pecans, and cool whip. Cover and Refrigerate.
