Corn and Cheese Dip
This yummy dip has been a favorite hit with our family for years. Great with hamburgers, barbecue, Mexican food, and a “must” at the Jackson Annual Tamale Party!!
ingredients
- 2 cans shoe peg corn,drained
- 3/4 cup of sour cream
- 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch of chopped green onions
- 1 can of drained rotel tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped “pickled” jalapenos
directions
Mix all ingredients together...chill for a min of 3-4 hrs. Serve with Fritos.
