A little spice, a little cool, the perfect summery pasta salad recipe. I’ve had friends make this with canned chicken as well as freshly grilled tuna (I use canned), so switch it up, however you like.

ingredients

  • 7 oz package of small pasta (I use rings or shells).
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Italian vinaigrette
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise (the real stuff)
  • 2 tsp horseradish mustard
  • 2 7 oz cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • any other veggies you care to add
  • 1-3 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro, fresh
  • salt and pepper, to taste

notes

This happened by mistake the first time - I ran out of ingredients for my Mom's version and wound up making my own. I love it now!
