Danielle's Crepes
Can be served for breakfast or dessert.
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter (1/4 soft cube)
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- Fillings (powdered sugar, strawberries, raspberries, jam, syrup, etc.) and toppings (powdered sugar and/or syrup) to taste

Heat burner to medium-high.

Mix ingredients in blender.

Oil pan with brush (very thin layer—sometimes you’ll need to throw the first crepe out if it’s too oily).

Pour enough batter on pan to cover it.

After cooking one side until golden brown, flip in air.

Take crepe off pan, add fillings to taste and roll or fold crepe closed.

Add toppings to taste.

Serve each crepe individually so each person enjoys it hot off the pan!
