Can be served for breakfast or dessert.

ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter (1/4 soft cube)
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • Fillings (powdered sugar, strawberries, raspberries, jam, syrup, etc.) and toppings (powdered sugar and/or syrup) to taste

    Heat burner to medium-high.

  • 2

    Mix ingredients in blender.

  • 3

    Oil pan with brush (very thin layer—sometimes you’ll need to throw the first crepe out if it’s too oily).

  • 4

    Pour enough batter on pan to cover it.

  • 5

    After cooking one side until golden brown, flip in air.

  • 6

    Take crepe off pan, add fillings to taste and roll or fold crepe closed.

  • 7

    Add toppings to taste.

  • 8

    Serve each crepe individually so each person enjoys it hot off the pan!
