Veal Scallopine

ingredients
- 6 veal cutlets
- 1 cup and 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to season
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup water
