African Slush Punch

Makes 1 1/2 - 2 gallons

ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 – 6 oz. can frozen lemonade
  • 1 – 40 oz. can pineapple juice
  • 1 – 12 oz. can frozen orange juice
  • 1 – 6 oz. can water
  • 3 qts. Ginger Ale (Vernors)

    Heat sugar and water until sugar is dissolved and then cool.

  • 2

    Blend bananas, syrup and fruit juices. Put in container and freeze at least 24 hours.

  • 3

    Remove from freezer container to large punch bowl. Add ginger ale and serve with ice.
