Chinese Chicken Cabbage Salad
ingredients
Salad- 1/2 head cabbage (shredded)
- 1 package Ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked and deboned)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 5 green onions, diced
- 1 seasoning packet from Ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar

1. Bake or boil chicken breasts 30-45 minutes or until completely cooked. Pull off bones in chunks.

2. For dressing, combine ingredients in medium bowl. Let sit 30 minutes.

3. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl, and add dressing. Toss to coat. Let sit 30 more minutes prior to serving.
