WONTON TASSIES
ingredients
- 1 PKG. WONTONS
- 1 - 1 LB BREAKFAST SAUSAGE MEAT –Cook and Drained
- 1 1/2 CUPS MONTEREY JACK CHEESE – SHREDDED
- 1 1/2 CUPS CHEDDAR – SHREDDED
- 8 OZ. RANCH DRESSING
- 1/4 CUP MINCED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP MINCED RED PEPPER

Mix the above together except wontons and set aside until wrappers are cooked. You could refrig. the mixture until ready to use, it should keep for a couple of days.

MINI MUFFIN TINS - spray muffin tins with Pam

Separate wrappers and place in muffin tins. Bake 350 degrees for 5 mins – remove and cool. At this point you could save until ready to use.

Place cooked wrappers back in tins and fill wontons with the filling.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 7 mins and bubbly. Cool and Serve.
