Eggplant Stir-Fry
ingredients
- Asian eggplant 3-4 small
- Fresh ginger to taste
- 3-tabl. sliced thin
- mushroom-soy sauce
- oyster sauce “lee kum kee”
- sweet chili sauce

Saute all ingredients, until eggplant is cooked.

Then add cooked chicken if you’d like too.
