Gooch's Beef Stroganoff
ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French Onion soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- Egg noodles, cooked
directions

Place stew meat and soup in oven safe dish. Bake at 225 degrees for 4 1/2 hrs. Then, turn temprature to 350 degrees and continue cooking for 2 more hours (total of 6 1/2 hours cooking time).

During the last 1/2 hour of cooking, add sour cream and mushrooms.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.
