Barbarqued Fish with Sweet Onion & Ginger Salsa
ingredients
Fish & Chips- 2 Fish Fillets or Small Whole Fish - cleaned, gutted and scaled
- 2 tsp Green Peppercorns, crushed
- 2 tsp Red Chilli, chopped
- 3 tsp Fish Sauce
- 4 Large Potatoes, cut into wedges
- Spices and Herbs of choice to season
- 1 Medium Onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Shallots, thinly sliced
- 2cm peice Ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 Spring Onions, finely shredded
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 1 TBS Fish Sauce
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
