Chili Quiche
This can be served for breakfast, dinner or cut into small portions for o’dourves.
ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 (7 ounce) cans chopped Ortega chili
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 1 pound grated Jack cheese
directions

Beat eggs, add flour, baking powder and salt and pepper. Add melted butter, chili and cheese.

Grease in 9x13 inch pan and pour mixture in it. Bake 400° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 35-40 minutes uncovered.
