Cranberry Fudge
ingredients
- 8-ounces cream cheese
- 2 boxes confectioner’s sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup chopped almonds (I use natural sliced almonds, not blanched almonds)
- 1 cup chopped cranberries (halved)
directions
Cream cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in almond extract, knead in almonds. Pour 1/2 of mixture in a 9-ince square pan. Place cranberries evenly over fudge. Cover with remaining fudge and press level. Cut into pieces and store in refrigerator.
