Spinach-Artichoke Dip

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 packages frozen, chopped spinach; thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 sour cream (8 ounce)
  • 1 cream cheese (8 ounce)
  • 1 cup shredded monteray Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided


  • 1

    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in spinach, artichkes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup monteray jack cheese, 3/4 cup parmesean cheese and salt to taste.

    Stir until well blended and heated through. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with remaning cheese.

    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
