Spinach-Artichoke DipAnnie Holman

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 packages frozen, chopped spinach; thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 sour cream (8 ounce)
- 1 cream cheese (8 ounce)
- 1 cup shredded monteray Jack cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in spinach, artichkes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup monteray jack cheese, 3/4 cup parmesean cheese and salt to taste.
Stir until well blended and heated through. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with remaning cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
