Grandma Brown's Miracle Cheesecake
This is the no bake cheesecake recipe using evaporated milk.
ingredients
Filling- 1 (3 oz) pkg lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
- or
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup butter melted
- 3 Tbs confectioners sugar

Mix together crust ingredients and press into two 8 or 9 inch cake pans, reserving 1/3 to sprinkle on top later.

In large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice. Cool.

In small mixing bowl, whip evaporated milk until light and fluffy. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add gelatin. Mix well. Fold in whipped evaporated milk. Pour into prepared crusts. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill.
