Spaghetti Alla Malibu
Recipe from Elisa Celli’s Italian Light Cooking.
ingredients
- 1 lb thin spaghetti or linguine
- 12 mussels
- 12 small clams
- 1 lb small shrimp
- 2 cups white onion, diced
- 3 red peppers, julienned
- 2 green peppers,julienned
- 2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 cups mushrooms,sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, crushed
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1 pint bay scallops
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
