ingredients
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 1/2-3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Ganache Frosting:
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

It is important to let the cake cool completely before topping with the ganache frosting, otherwise it will become very runny and not stay on your cake!
