Buttermilk Baked Chicken
Bridal Shower Recipe
ingredients
- 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 C Buttermilk
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1/2 C Bread crumbs
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground Rosemary

Mix buttermilk, mustard and honey in a gallon ziplock bag. Add chicken breasts.

Combine remaining ingredients in another ziplock bag.*

Preheat oven to 400°. Spray cookie sheet with PAM.

Remove chicken from buttermilk one at a time and coat both sides in bread crumb mixture.

Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Turn and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.

Internal temp should be 165°.

* You can freeze fresh chicken at this stage. Thaw before cooking.
