Hummus
ingredients
- 1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained, liquid reserved
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2-3 Tbs tahini
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of salt
- parsley (optional)
- olive oil
directions
Toss garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper with 1/2 of the reserved garbanzo bean liquid into a Vita Mix or food processor and blend until smooth. Spread onto serving dish and garnish with a little olive oil and paprika. Serve with pita chips or veggie sticks.
