ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1 pound canned tomatoes
  • 1 6oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • pinch sugar
  • 1 pound mostacciole noodles
  • 1/2 velveta cheese loaf

    Saute bell peppers in oil add beef, stir in tomato, paste, water & seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cook noodles. Cut velveta into thin slices In 2 qt casserole pan place layers of noodles, meat, cheese, Sprinkle top with parm cheese

bake 350 for 30 minutes
