Brocolli with Beef Stir-Fry
ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, cut into 1/4 strips on the diagonal
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp oil (peanut preferred)
- 1/2 tsp msg
- 1 knob ginger, grated and peeled
- Dash of salt
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Marinate steak in the first 6 ingredients for a few hours

Saute’ brocolli in a wok on high heat for 2-3 minutes (add a few drops of water to prevent burning then remove from wok and set aside. Make sure you stir continuously so you don’t burn it.) Cook marinated meat in skillet on high heat until half cooked, then low heat until thoroughly cooked. Add brocolli. Pour sauce over meat and veggies on low heat. Cook until tick. Serve with rice.

Flank steak is pricey, so you may something else similar to that cut.
