Delores Eastlick's Holiday Salad

ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 pkg orange jello (for Christmas, use red jello for a pink salad)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg cream cheese (large package)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup bite sized marshmallows
- maraschino cherries (optional)

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool.

Add whipped cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, pineapple, marshmallows and cherries and blend. Pour into dish to mold and set.

At the same time, dissolve the orange jello in 1 cup boiling water and one cup cold water - cool.

When first mix is set, and orange jello is cooled, pour orange jello over the top of the first mix. Let set.

I add crushed nuts etc for decoration but SUIT YOURSELF.
