Hot Cross Buns

ingredients
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm milk
- 3/4 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 4 1/2 c. sifted flour

Combine all ingredients together.

Brush with egg yolk glaze (1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp cold water).

Bake, cool slightly, and frost cross on each one with frosting.
