Rhonda’s Chasidishe recipe
ingredients
- Chicken on bone (leave the skin on)
- 1/2 bottle red wine
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
- container mushrooms
- 2 onions
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, garlic, paprika - for seasoning
directions

slice the onions into rings and saute in olive oil. Add mushrooms, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. put on the lid and let sweat at medium flame.

add flour and water and mix until creamy. then add wine and cook for 1 minute.

pour over chicken and cover well. cook for 2 1/2 hrs on 350 - 375
notes
the more onions and olive oil the better, but don't let them get brown!
