A time-honored classic made with a zing, quickly and easily.

ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Sirloin
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c. Wheat Crackers, crushed finely
  • 1/2 c. Salsa, you choose the heat
  • 3/4 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin, ground (optional)
  • 1 c. Shredded Mexican/Taco Cheese

    Preheat oven to 400.

  • 2

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, well in a bowl.

  • 3

    Using an old ice cream scoop, place a scoop of mixture in each cup of a muffin pan.

  • 4

    Bake for 15-18 minutes.

  • 5

    Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
